- We ask that you inspect goods on delivery and within 3 days notify us in writing of any defects, damage, breakages or discrepancies with the relevant invoice; if you fail to do so, you will not be entitled to raise a claim in respect of those goods.
- On receipt of a notice in writing above, at our discretion we may, replace, repair or withdraw a product (subject to availability and an appropriate adjustment of the purchase price) in such a manner and time as we consider reasonable.
- We shall not be liable for goods returned to us without prior authorisation.
- Where goods are returned due to the customer’s ordering error or refusal to accept delivery, the customer can return the goods, at their own cost, for a full refund.
