Refund policy

If you wish to return any items, please complete the form below and a member of our team will contact you about the items you wish to return.*

    1. We ask that you inspect goods on delivery and within 3 days notify us in writing of any defects, damage, breakages or discrepancies with the relevant invoice; if you fail to do so, you will not be entitled to raise a claim in respect of those goods.
    2. On receipt of a notice in writing above, at our discretion we may, replace, repair or withdraw a product (subject to availability and an appropriate adjustment of the purchase price) in such a manner and time as we consider reasonable.
    3. We shall not be liable for goods returned to us without prior authorisation.
    4. Where goods are returned due to the customer’s ordering error or refusal to accept delivery, the customer can return the goods, at their own cost, for a full refund.
